Art Deco, Elgin American, Sterling Silver Powder Compact, Vintage 1920'svalentines Gift

Elgin American Sterling Silver Chatelaine dance compact from the 1920’s, 0942370. There is a ring on the compact that a chain & ring would attach to, & be secured at the belt, so that a ladies hands would be free for dancing. It has an Art Deco motif, ititials engraved in the center, lid clasp closure, piano hinge, with one compartment inside. This was purchased in a collection of compacts at an estate auction.
