If it looks like a cucumber & smells like a cucumber & tastes like a cucumber, it’s possibly a musk melon. This Armenian (yardlong) Cucumber is botanically a melon, but only in name. It grows, tastes, smells & acts like a cucumber but knowing it is a melon may help you discern a bit of a sweetness that isn’t as common with cucumbers as it is melons. I adore that hint of sugary sweet flavor in my cucumbers. These big boys can grow & grow & grow, up to 3 feet long even. However, harvest them at around a foo long, maybe 18 not much more before it becomes tough & fiberous. At a young age, these cucumbers can be sliced up & enjoy as any other cucumber, no need to peel. Simply chop, slice, dice, toss, dip munch & crunch your way through the summer with these delicious melons. They can be started in ground or ahead of time & dropped in when the weather warms, & will be a good producer for you all the way until first frost. Short on space? Grow them in a container, either way, up a trellis is a good idea for these guys. Armenian Cucumber Seeds, Us Organic Heirloom Non Gmo, Free Seeds With Order
