Antique/vintage brass Salter scales - pocket scales - spring balance scales - advertising scales - ‘Battersea Brushes’ - early 20th century. A vintage brass spring balance portable/pocket scales stamped ‘Battersea Brushes’ & presumably produced as an advertising piece for the company, I would estimate the scales to be early 20th century. It is stamped to the reverse with ‘Salter’ & their logo & the scale is marked Kg on one side 0-2.25 & E on the reverse with a scale of 1-5, in lovely overall condition, please study all the pictures for further size & condition guidance.
