STORY - Crafted in the early 20th Century by Murrle Bennett & Co, this beautiful 9 carat gold locket features a border or tiny seed pearls & turquoise around a glass locket compartment. Currently empty with a fabric backing, the hinged lid to the back opens for easy access inside (although this is missing its own glass - easily replaced if desired)… SPECIFICS Metal: 9 carat gold (stamped) Stones: Seed pearls & turquoise Era: 1900 Dimensions: 28 mm Weight: 5.1g Condition Notes & Care: Overall in expected antique condition with some wear to the stones, some discoloured & tarnished over time.
