The plant has an intense yet sweet aroma more like carrots than like dill or fennel. That plant is also commonly known as garden angelica, wild celery, & Norwegian angelica. You can use Angelica Root to create herbal tea. To prepare a tea put 1 tsp of Angelica Root into a pot & pour it with 200 ml of the water. Bring it to boil & cook for 2-3 minutes. Leave it aside for about 5-15 minutes, then strain & drink.
