Between the bladderwrack which contains the richest source of Iodine in seaweed, & Irish moss which contains contains 92 of the 102 minerals found in the human body this blend is amazingly nutrient dense. It has a sandy consistency & integrates really well into smoothies or cooking. Bladderwrack Bladderwrack is known to have one of the highest levels of iodine amongst all seaweed varieties. Bladderwrack can provide up to 30 times the standard daily intake of iodine. It is known for its thyroid support. Bladderwrack is also commonly used in skincare products due to its high levels of vitamin A & E. Bladderwrack has properties which can help soothe skin complaints such as eczema & psoriasis. Alkalising? When we say alkalising we don’t mean that the product itself is low PH, but that once consumed it helps to balance the body’s PH. Our bodies are typically have a higher PH than what would be ideal, particularly when coffee, meat, dairy & alcohol are consumed.
