Ageratum is a genus of 40 to 60 tropical & warm temperate flowering annuals & perennials from the family Asteraceae, tribe Eupatorieae. Most species are native to Central America & Mexico but four are native to the United States. They form tussocks or small hills. Sow Feb-April. Germinates 1-2 weeks at 20-22oC, cover very lightly with vermiculite. Feed well to avoid yellowing foliage. Sowing to flowering around 12 weeks. 15cm Height.
