Unbuttons about 2/3 of the way down the front from the top, then you step into the romper & button it back up. Two patch pockets on front hips. Unlined. Any condition issues or flaws to note?: I don’t see any issues. No spots, stains, holes, tears, fading, pilling, etc. No odors. Material: Woven 65/35 poly/cotton blend with no stretch. Machine washable. Brand/Label: First Hawaii Fashion, made in Hawaii. Any hang tags still attached?: No. Size Marked: Large, which is probably accurate if you have a smaller bust. Measurements: Bust/Chest: 38 or a snug 39 Waist: 37 Hips: 44 Length: 31.75 down front from center of shoulder seam to hem Inseam: 3 Measurements for bust/chest, waist, & hips are taken across front & doubled. If there is any stretch to the fabric or if there is elastic I will note it. Dress form measures about 33-24-34 so items larger than that are usually pinned at the back. You MUST use the measurements given to determine fit and/or compare to a similar item you may already own.
