Sleeping, showering & an occasional swim will not damage the jewellery. However, every jewellery piece becomes a bit duller over time or changes colour a bit. This is due to the pH value of your skin. Every skin is different. You can polish your pieces with a silver cloth or any other soft fabric. There are also jewellery cleaning products available to purchase. Always read the instructions before using those & keep your gems in mind. All jewellery & orders are made by hand. The order is carefully packed & shipped through regular mail. If you would like a tracking code as a guarantee that your jewellery will arrive safely, you can indicate this at the shipping options.
