Here at Mellionnec Flower Farm we love our cups of tea & are a member of the European Specialty Tea Association. in fact tea is my get up & go drink. Whether it is first thing in the morning when we sit on the front porch watching the mist swirl up the road with the church spire peaking through the low lying clouds. Quietly reflecting with the birds singing at full voice. Or whether it is in between weeding. planting & harvesting there is always time for a cuppa. & then at night after a hard day’s work in the fields there is nothing better than a quiet cup of tea or 2. We buy in organically sourced loose leaf tea & spices which do not grow here in France & blend them with our home grown, pesticide & herbicide free, petals & herbs grown in our fields int the beautiful Central Brittany. All our teas are given celestial names as we grow by the sun & the moon in harmony with the seasons. You only need a teaspoon per cup. Allow to steep for a couple of minutes either in your teapot or tisane cup. Tea is almost a ritual . Enjoy the moments. Our teas make lovely gifts for those special friends.
