This colorful little set is stunning, & beautifully made! Definitely mod, late 1960s, silk, & completely lined in a light pink acetate. Pink tonal Talon zippers on both the top & skirt. Top is a full zip, making it very easy to get on & off, & includes a fully-intact hook & eye closure at the top. Skirt features a clear button, in addition to the zipper. Excellent condition, with no flaws to note, other than some very minor fraying on the edge of the label. Fit for a size 10, with full measurements below: Bust - 40 Waist - 30 Hips - 42 Skirt Length - 20 This outfit had so much personality that I was curious about the designer, Sonni of California, & came across an Oakland Tribune article from 1998, detailing the company’s history. Sonni was a San Francisco-based hat shop that opened in the 1950s & was very successful. in the 1960s, when wearing hats fell out of popularity (thanks in part to Jackie Kennedy), Herb DelMonica (Sonni’s founder) began creating dresses as a way to pivot with business slowing. Such a cool history! I’ll post the article link below, if you want the full read! https://products.kitsapsun.com/archive/1998/11-23/0034_fashion_trend__ahead_of_the_hat_p.html Thank you for looking, & please feel free to reach out with questions or for additional measurements! 1960S Floral Pink Silk Mod Miniskirt Set By Sonni Of California - Size 10
