Added petticoat not included MEASUREMENTS Bust: 38 Waist: 28 Hips: free Top of neck to side seam: 14 Top of neck to shelf bust: 16 Top of neck to waist: 22 Skirt length: 24 with 4 hem available This is in good vintage condition, the fabric is alittle washed out but still crisp. There’s light fray at the edges of the back neck & pulling at the zipper as pictured. There’s a few water spots & a few green paint splatters as pictured. There’s two small bleach spots at the hem & a few small faint rust spots also pictured.
