1950s Stratton powder compact, vintage floral Stratton compact, spiral back Stratton compact This is a beautiful early 1950s Stratton powder compact. It measures approximately 7.5 cm in diameter. The lid has a lovely enamelled floral design. There are a couple of tiny areas of enamel loss on the central white section that you’ll see if you zoom into the photos. The lid opens to reveal a lidded inner compartment. This compact doesn’t have the pop open inner lid which had just started to be used at the time. Inside the inner compartment is the original sifter & some loose powder. The compact is in overall good vintage condition. A lovely addition to a collection.
